Damage was caused to the Volvo after the animals, which can weigh up to two tons, smashed into the car on July 17.
A father and his daughters, aged nine and four, were in the car as they made their way through the park.
Nobody was hurt but the girls were said to have been traumatised.
An estimated £4,000 worth of damage was caused to the car of the family, from Birmingham.
Park spokeswoman Bethan Davis said the incident was being investigated and there would be no further comment while the investigation was ongoing.
Earlier this year, the safari park, near Bewdley, celebrated the birth of a southern white rhino.
