Fire crews from Aldridge and Bloxwich were called to a blaze at The Old Bush pub on Friday evening.
The fire, in a first floor bedroom, left 'extensive smoke damage' to the rest of the pub.
Then, last night at 7.26pm, fire crews were called again to the pub.
They found a fire in the first floor and roof of the property. Walsall Fire Station tweeted: "Senseless arson attack diverting emergency resources form real emergencies."
Police are investigating.
The pub first opened in the 1800s and adjoins the home of Pelsall Villa FC. Two years ago it was put up for sale with a price tag of £375,000.
