West Midlands floodings: Man rescued in West Bromwich
A man had to be rescued from two foot deep of water in West Bromwich following a second evening of flash floods.

Fire crews attended the scene in Westminster Road, Stone Cross, just after 7.30pm.
A West Midlands Fire Service spokesman said: "A man was led to safety from the water during the flash floods. The water was up to two foot deep. A crew from Tipton Fire Station attended."
The road was closed as it remained swamped and drains were blocked.
Walker Street in Tipton and Leabrook Road also between Lea Avenue and Willingsworth Road were also closed following the floods tonight.
