Carl Ward, aged 32, has been missing from his home in Smethwick since 10am on Thursday, May 26.

He has not been in contact with his family at all since that time, and they are worried for his safety.

His family have informed West Midlands Police that the disappearance of Mr Ward is completely out of character.

When last seen Mr Ward indicated that he may have been heading to Birmingham.

Mr Ward was last seen wearing a black trench coat, sand-coloured jeans, black Nike trainers and a navy blue woollen hat. No sightings have yet been reported.

Anyone who has seen Mr Ward should contact the force urgently on the non-emergency 101 number, or ring the Missing People charity on 116 000.
