Teenager seriously injured as car collides into wall in Stourbridge
A teenager has been seriously injured after a car collided with a wall in Stourbridge today.
Officers were called to Hagley Road, Oldswinford just before 12.20am following reports of a blue Ford Focus in collision with a wall.
An 18-year-old woman was taken hospital and treated for injuries, her condition is described as serious but stable.
PS Chris Ridge, from the force's Collision Investigation Unit, said: "We continue to establish the circumstances that led to the collision and would appeal to anyone that was in the area before or immediately after the collision to get in touch.
"We are keen to speak to people who may have seen the blue focus and a silver Renault Clio travelling along the A491 Hagley Road towards Bromsgrove in the moments before the collision.
"The woman continues to be cared for by medical staff and her family have been informed and specialist officers continue to liaise with them."
