West Bromwich man charged over handbag theft
A West Bromwich man is appearing at court today accused of trying to snatch a woman's handbag from Harborne High Street.

Unemployed Mark Huxley, of Thompson Road, Oldbury, has been charged with attempted robbery on February 22.
The 35 year-old will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court his morning.
