Marc Warner, 36, from Kidderminster, was jailed for 40 months in April 2013. Following a financial investigation into his crime, he was found to have made around £113,000. He was ordered to repay the amount within six months or face 26 months in prison.

He has failed to do so and has been wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions since February.

Warner was first arrested in December 2011 after 400 cannabis plants were found at an address in Kidderminster.

Police believe it is possible he may change his appearance to avoid detection and he may have connections to Rowley Regis, Blackheath and Halesowen. Anyone who sees Mr Warner should call 101.
