Stourport man arrested after man dies after being found unconscious on Kidderminster road
A 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a man was found unconscious in a Kidderminster road, and later died in hospital.
Jason Westcott, 22, was found unconscious with head and abdominal injuries at 5am yesterday morning, but sadly later died in hospital.
A man from Stourport-on-Severn has been arrested following the incident on the A451 Ringway between the bus depot Island and Comberton Hill island.
Mr Westcott, who was originally from Weston-super-Mare, was taken to hospital with head and abdominal injuries and later died.
West Mercia Police are continuing to appeal for information and anyone with information should contact them on 101 and quote incident 147s of November 15, 2015.
