The council, police and Wolverhampton Homes have secured the closure order for the house in Browning Crescent, Bushbury.
It follows a similar closure order in Parkfields last week.
The closure notice was issued to the tenant of the Wolverhampton Homes' managed property in Bushbury late last month, with the order granted by Dudley Magistrates Court on November 4.
It follows concerns about drug use, drug dealing and other criminal and anti-social behaviour at the property since 2013, however, the problems have escalated in recent months.
