Wolverhampton and Bilston Athletics Club is looking to get more less fortunate people involved by paying for their memberships.
But the club, which is open to people of any ability, needs cash to support its ongoing operations, based at Aldersley Leisure Village in Wolverhampton.
The club has a long standing presence in the town, having started before the First World War in 1914, where it was based at the Molineux.
It has since featured Olympic, Commonwealth and European medallists.
Today, the men's team competes in the Midland's Men's League. The women's team competes in the Midland Women's League and the National League.
