A long running scouts group is looking for money so it can ditch sleeping in 40 year old tents and see the world in style.

The Second Wednesfield Scouts Group wants to purchase modern equipment, which would be lighter for scouts to carry and better quality for journeys through tough terrain, making life easier for everyone.
Scout leader Gavin Thomas said: "We try to do as much activity as our funds allow and use the great outdoors as much as possible.
"We often take the scouts camping but we are desperate for tents, some of ours are 40 years old."
