JAILED: Wednesbury woman glassed friend in drunken rage in West Bromwich pub
A woman has been jailed for four years after glassing her friend in a drunken rage in a West Bromwich pub.

Maureen Allen, aged 51, from Bromfield Road, Wednesbury swung an empty pint glass which smashed on impact, causing severe cuts which needed stitches, in Dhesi Junction on December 27 last year.
At Wolverhampton Crown Court she was also sentenced to nine months after being found guilty of a separate assault where she had attacked a former partner with a rolling pin.
