Would-be robber with potential gun leaves Walsall store empty-handed after staff refuse to cooperate
A would-be robber believed to have been carrying a handgun left a Walsall store empty-handed when staff refused to hand over goods.

The man walked into the Co-op convenience store, in Turnberry Road, Turnberry estate, in Bloxwich, shortly before 9pm on June 2 and demanded cash and cigarettes.
West Midlands Police has launched an investigation in a bid to catch the culprit who produced what appeared to appear to be a handgun, but left with nothing.
Officers are now checking CCTV footage for images of the man. Witnesses or anyone with information should contact them on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
