Man stabbed in Kidderminster

A man has been found with a stab wound to his arm in Kidderminster near the town's train station this afternoon.

Police partially cordoned off Comberton Hill as an investigation was launched into the stabbing.

A 50-year-old man was found shortly after 3.30pm after he had sustained a stab wound to his arm.

The injury is not believed to be life threatening at this stage.

Investigating officers believe the injury was not sustained in Comberton Hill.

The incident is believed to have occurred at a private address in Kidderminster.

Officers from Kidderminster CID are making inquiries to trace the suspect this evening.

The victim has been taken to hospital for further treatment.
