Building work under way on cafe in Stourbridge park's £3.1m revamp
A new cafe is starting to take shape as part of a £3.1 million revamp of Stourbridge's Mary Stevens Park.

Building work is well under way at the park ahead of the cafe's opening in July.
Other work taking place includes repairs to the old bandstand, which is being returned to its former glory.
While the ornate Grade II listed gates at the entrance of the park, which have been in place since 1931, have been taken away to be renovated.
Other schemes involve the restoration of the war memorial, Heath Pool and the tea gardens.
Wildlife surveying and nature conservation tasks will also be carried out on site by volunteers.
The project has received cash from the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Big Lottery Fund.
