Adam Jones, aged 15, from Wednesbury, was killed after he was struck by a blue Volkswagen Bora car on the evening of March 26.

The impact of the collision flung the keen horse rider through the windscreen of the car and he was pronounced dead a short time later.

The driver abandoned the vehicle and ran away without calling for assistance for Adam.

An online campaign #justice4adamjones has started following the accident on Walsall Road, West Bromwich, at around 7.30pm.

Adam supported the Premier League club which will be showing the appeal video featuring the England goalkeeper during Saturday's match against QPR.

In the video Foster says: "Everybody at West Bromwich Albion was really upset to hear about Adam.

"Please watch this video and if you can help, contact the police immediately."

The video also shows images of the damaged car in the aftermath of the accident in a bid to jog people's memory.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
