15-year-old cyclist killed in West Bromwich crash - and man, 24, arrested
A 15-year-old cyclist was killed when he was hit by a car in a crash in West Bromwich last night.

The accident took place on Walsall Road, Stone Cross, at just after 7.30pm.
West Midlands Police say a man, aged 24, has since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman Steve Parry said: "Crews attended a road traffic collision involving a car and cyclist.
"Sadly, despite the efforts of ambulance crews nothing could be done to save the cyclist involved. He was confirmed dead at the scene."
