The old Mount Pleasant School, built 1879, will be transformed under proposals unveiled by Dudley Council.
A planning application has been submitted and the plans will be on display at a public meeting at St Chad's Church in Oak Street, Coseley, on Thursday, from 3.30pm until 7.30pm.
Meanwhile, 14 homes will be built on the site of a former pub in Kingswinford under new plans revealed today.
The Summerhouse in The Portway would be demolished to make way for the development. Dudley Council will now decide.
