Two adventure playgrounds in Wolverhampton will close in March, it has been confirmed.

Losing the playgrounds, in Whitmore Reans and The Scotlands, will save Wolverhampton City Council £456,000 in running costs.
However, talks are ongoing with community groups to keep the facilities open and possibly run children's activities. Their closures will leave one council-run adventure playground left in the city, in Low Hill.
The council's children and families chief, Councillor Val Gibson, said community groups had indicated they would offer a range of activities from the two other sites.
She said: "I am hopeful that both sites can continue to offer facilities for many years to come."
