Walsall man in court over indecent exposures in Bilston

A Walsall man has appeared in court charged with a number of indecent exposures in the Bilston area.

Jason Kemp, of Kingsley Street, Walsall, appeared before Wolverhampton magistrates, charged with six counts of indecent exposure and one of outraging public decency.

The offences took place between July 3 and December 2, the court heard.

The 37-year-old was originally arrested in September in connection with six of the offences and released on police bail. He was then arrested on December 2, following a report of a woman being exposed to on the Spring Vale Industrial estate.

Detective Constable Nadine Harding said: "We have also questioned Kemp in connection with three further reports of exposure, and he remains on police bail over those allegations.

"Following his court appearance, Kemp was remanded into custody and our investigation into these offences continues.
