Two taken to hospital after crash near Black Country Living Museum

Two people have been taken to hospital after a crash near the Black Country Living Museum today.

Ambulance crews were called to Tipton Road at around 11.30am following the smash which involved a car and a van.

A man and a woman in the car were immobilised with the use of neck collars and spinal boards and taken to Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley.

A three-year-old boy who was also in the vehicle was checked over by paramedics but did not need medical help.

The driver of the van was not injured. The road was closed while crews helped at the scene.
