Security guard robbed during cash transfer in Bilston
A security guard was robbed during a cash in transit collection at a Wolverhampton clothing store, say police.

Raiders struck at the Matalan store in Springvale Industrial Park, Bilston, shortly after 3pm yesterday.
Police were called after reports that two black men had approached a security guard outside the store and snatched a cash box from a van.
They made their getaway in a silver Seat Leon car which was waiting nearby. No one was seriously injured during the robbery.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the robbery or the getaway car to contact them on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
