Driver killed in Darlaston smash is named
A driver who died after it is believed he fell ill at the wheel and collided with a stationary vehicle has been named by police.

Terrance Oxley, aged 69, of Wednesbury was in an accident at the Midland Road roundabout in Darlaston on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene after the Nissan Micra hit a bollard and the other car at around 8.10am.
