Fire crews battle large Wolverhampton house fire
A large house fire broke out at a terraced house in Wolverhampton last night.

Four crews were called to tackle the blaze at the Victorian property in Compton Road, Merridale, at around 9.15pm.
The fire was extinguished by 10.45pm but crews remained on site, damping down and trying to establish the cause. Picture by West Midlands Fire Service
