Car lands on side after crashing into Wolverhampton garden
A driver had a lucky escape today when his car flipped on its side as it crashed into a garden after hitting a parked car.
The smash happened in Probert Road, Oxley, Wolverhampton, at 6.10am.
The car crashed into another parked car and ended up on its side but a man in his 20s picked up only minor injuries.
West Midlands Police spokeswoman Gina Lycett said: "The ambulance service called us to the scene at 6.10am.
"A vehicle was in collision with a parked car, it appears the car may have gone in to someone's garden.
"One man in his 20s received minor injuries and was taken to hospital."
Meanwhile, motorists faced rush hour delays today after a three car crash on the M5.
No one was injured in the smash between Junction Two for Oldbury and Junction One for West Bromwich, heading northbound onto the M6.
Drivers were delayed by 15 minutes by the crash which happened at 8.15am.
