Walsall festival hoping for more visitors today after washout

Organisers of Caldmore and Palfrey Festival were hoping for a better today after a wet weekend hit visitor numbers.

The festival in Walsall attracted more than 20,000 visitors last year.

But it drew just a few hundred over the weekend after two days of heavy rain.

The festival was continuing today from 1.30pm with a carnival procession.
