Man appears in court accused of Walsall flat arson
A man has appeared in court charged with starting a fire at a flat.

Steven Walters pleaded not guilty to arson with intent to endanger life when he appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court.
The 20-year-old of Lichfield Road is accused of starting the fire at Birch Court, in Lichfield Road, Walsall, just before 11pm on Tuesday.
The flat belongs to Caldmoreaccord Housing Association. No-one was injured.
Walters was released on bail and is due to appear before Wolverhampton Crown Court on June 24.
