Two arrested in connection with Kidderminster robbery

Two men have been arrested in connection with a robbery at a Kidderminster petrol station.

Around £8,000 worth of cigarettes were stolen from a delivery van at the Viaduct Service Station BP garage, Worcester Road, on Monday.

A man in his 30s was arrested in the Chelmsley Wood area of Birmingham yesterday afternoon and a man in his 50s was arrested in the Stetchford area of the city yesterday evening.

West Mercia Police said the two men were both in custody at Kidderminster police station, assisting with inquiries.
