Julie Southall, from Wolverhampton, used her appearance on the programme to encourage more people to sign up to the organ donor register having dedicated her game to her late son Richard who died after being hit by a car in Witton Lane, West Bromwich, 20 years ago. The 11-year-old had carried an organ donor card and his organs were donated to save lives. The 55-year-old said: "We respected his wishes and donated, and he saved five people's lives"

Host Noel Edmonds added: "I think we should dedicate your game to Richard."

The fitness advisor, who works at Miss Fit Gym in Cannock, said she had wanted to win some cash to help her daughter Cathryn. She said she had been just eight when her brother died and helped care for her mother when she suffered shingles and lost her hair shortly after Richard's death.

After turning down two offers of £13,000, the offers dropped to £5,000 and £3,800, which she also refused to accept. But Box 13 turned out to be unlucky for her as she walked away from the Dream Factory with just £10. She gathered to watch the screening with more than 30 of her friends and family at the White Hart pub in Cannock.
