Front desk of Sedgley Police Station is to close for months during repairs
The front desk of a police station will be shut for almost four months it has been announced.

The front desk at Sedgley Police Station, in Vicar Street, will be closed until the end of February for safety reasons while maintenance work is carried out.
Residents in Sedgley, Gornal and surrounding areas are being urged to find alternatives such as using the non-emergency number 101.
Sedgley, Gornal, Upper Gornal and Woodsetton and Coseley East neighbourhood team officers will still be based at the station.
Sgt James Jones, said: "Officers will still be based at the station but the front office will be closed for safety reasons whilst essential maintenance work takes place. "
