John Massey, owner of near Wall Heath, is throwing open his private garden in aid of Dudley's White House Cancer Support.

The event will take place on Saturday between 10am and 4pm and is the last in a series of open events which started in February.

Mr Massey will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions from visitors on how to get the best out of their own plants.

White House, based in Ednam Road, Dudley, was named as Ashwood Nurseries' charity of the year and around £18,000 has already been raised through events.

Mr Massey's garden backs on to Ashwood Nurseries, in Ashwood Lower Lane, Kingswinford.

Admission is £5 and cash will be donated to the charity which aims to help people in the area with cancer.
