Classic car show to celebrate milestone 10 birthday
Dozens of classic motors will be rolling up to a beauty spot in South Staffordshire for an annual car show which attracts hundreds of visitors.
Enthusiasts will be heading to Baggeridge Country Park, near Sedgley, on September 29.
Some will be showing off their treasured vehicles while others will be browsing the displays.
Among the vehicles that will be at the show will be Ford Capris, Triumph Stags and Rolls Royces.
Organiser Dave Daly, who runs the on-site tea shop, said: "This is one of the last times people will have to show their cars before they are stored away for the winter events. It's normally a popular show – we had more than 80 cars last year.
"It is open to anybody who is in a club or people can just come on there own. There will be a lot for people to see and do."
There will also be a miniature fair and steam rally, as well as musical entertainment.
The event, which is now in its 10th year, will run from 10am until 4pm. There is a £2.50 fee for an all-day car park pass. Hundreds of people turned out for last year's event.
The cars had to be displayed in the hard-surface car park rather than the field last year due to wet weather.
Meanwhile, the country park will host a dog show in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People on September 28.
There will be different competitions throughout the day, including 'most handsome dog', 'waggiest tail' and 'the dog that the judge would most like to take home'.
It follows a similar event that was held in July.
