Halesowen motorbike crash victim named as teenager
A teenager killed in a motorcycle crash in the Black Country was today named as Tom Oakes.

The 19-year-old died when the bike he was riding hit railings at the junction of Coombs Road and Amber Way, Halesowen, at 6.50pm on Saturday.
Floral tributes have been left at the scene for the teenager from Halesowen, describing him as an 'angel' and 'true friend' who will never be forgotten.
The 19-year-old was confirmed dead at the scene of the accident.
