It is a dramatic turn around in fortunes for the hospice, based in Wolverhampton, and comes after bosses previously announced a dip in donations.
For the first half of the financial year, donations dropped by more than £32,000 while money left in wills decreased by £85,292.
But three six-figure donations made since then has now led to the Compton Road West centre reporting a record-breaking 12 months.
In addition the hospice's 23 shops, based across the Black Country, have broken the £1m profit barrier for the first time.
