Former Hednesford Town player Paul Ware dies aged 42

A former Hednesford Town player has died following a brain tumour, aged 42.

Paul Ware had two spells with the club, first joining in the 1997 season having previously represented Stoke City and Cardiff.

He rejoined the club in 2002, playing a further 21 senior games before retiring.

The club said they were saddened by the news and thoughts go out to his family.
