Heads up to West Brom football legends as sculpture unveiled
The creation of a statue celebrating the careers of three pioneering black footballers has taken a major step forward with the unveiling of a full size clay version of the sculpture.

West Bromwich Albion stars Laurie Cunningham, Brendon Batson MBE and Cyrille Regis MBE will be immortalised when a 10ft bronze sculpture of the trio celebrating a goal is unveiled in the town next summer.
Known as 'The Celebration the clay version was being viewed by businessman Jim Cadman, football legend Cyrille Regis and the sculptor himself –the renowned Graham Ibbeson.
