Pensioners plagued by attacks on Coseley home
Extra police patrols have been drafted in and security cameras have been installed to catch hooded youths who have repeatedly targeted an elderly couple damaging their home and car.
Harold and Jean Webb, both in their 70s, have had their front windows and porch smashed three times at their Coseley home, while the couple's Vauxhall Meriva car has had tyres slashed and windows broken five times in four months.
Mr Webb said: "The upset this is causing my wife and I is unimaginable and we just want it to stop. We are both being affected and we are suffering ill health, as well as losing a lot of money. Our home is meant to be our sanctuary but it is becoming a living hell."
Sgt James Jones, said: "Why anyone would want to repeatedly target an elderly couple is beyond me, however we urge anyone who knows anything to contact us so that we can stop further attacks."
