After a hard-fought week of culinary triumphs and disasters, the five hosts are looking to meet up again.

Vicky Pell, the self-proclaimed Duchess of Dudley, and banker Mandeep Rajput were named joint winners of the show. Both scored 28 out of 40 and triumphed over fellow Black Country residents Adam, Sarah and Di, on the TV show where contestants judge each other's skills as a host and as a cook.

Dog groomer and gran-of-three Vicky, said afterwards: "It wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't won, if I'm honest. I've met some lovely people and had a fantastic dining experience."

Fellow winner Mandeep Rajput, who will share the £1,000 prize with Vicky, was the first to host with a night featuring Indian cuisine and saucy bhangra dancing.

The 38-year-old, of Oldbury, a business development manager for Clydesdale and Yorkshire bank, said: "When I found out I'd won it was great news but I should have won clear, I think.

If I'd had to share I would have chosen to share with Vicky but everybody said that, by far, my night came across as the best."

Mandeep said he was trying to organise a reunion of the five contestants.Mandeep said: "We all had a right laugh and I got on with everybody."
