Dick Neal, of Penkridge, was described as a "loving person without an enemy in the world" by his family.

The ex-Birmingham City captain who once played against Barcelona died last week aged 79.

The father-of-three also ran the Horse and Jockey pub in his home village for around 20 years.

His eldest son Richard said: "He was a great man and well known through his football, lots of people used to come to the pub to talk about about it."
