Kidderminster Library bid to go on display
Plans for controversial changes at Kidderminster Library will go on display as work on the project gets under way next week.

Visitors to the library in Market Street can view the designs for the new layout from Monday.
Worcestershire County Council plans to turn the second floor of the library into offices. A smaller gallery space will be created on the first floor.
But the scheme has come under fire from arts and music groups.
