Railway services delayed after signal failure
Rail commuters were facing 20-minute delays today after signals failed in the Black Country.

The problem on the line between Cradley Heath and Old Hill, which started shortly before 5am, meant services between Kidderminster and Birmingham Snow Hill were disrupted.
London Midland said it was having problems between Stourbridge Junction and Smethwick Galton Bridge.
Services were liable to cancelled or delayed at short notice.
The rail firm, which has been beset by problems due to staff shortages, had been running its timetabled services as normal.
