The Baggies defender raised £15,250 for the Winnicott Foundation, which helps premature babies.
The Sweden captain donated the boots to Olsson after wearing them to score a goal described as one of the greatest ever. Ibrahimovic scored all four Sweden goals in a 4-2 win in Stockholm.
Olsson, whose daughter Iris Annabelle was born five weeks premature in the summer, asked fans to donate a minimum of £5 online to be entered into a draw, which was won by a Sweden fan from Stockholm.
