The Nolans cancel concert at Birmimngham NIA
The Nolans have cancelled their Farewell tour – including a date in Birmingham.
The four sisters, Coleen, Linda, Maureen and Bernie, were due to appear at the NIA on March 12 as part of the Nolans Farewell Tour.
But today people who have already bought tickets were being advised to seek a refund.
The news comes after it was reported that Bernie Nolan's cancer had returned. The star beat breast cancer in 2010 but the disease has now come back and seems to have spread, according to reports. A statement from the band's promoter Kennedy Street said: "Due to very unforeseen circumstances The Nolans Farewell Tour is cancelled.
"Ticket purchasers are requested to go back to their point of purchase for a refund." A statement on the website states: "Dear Fans – we are SO sorry that our tour is postponed but we promise we'll be back to see you again soon – all our love Coleen, Bernie, Linda and Maureen XXX."
