Revamped Weston Hall opening doors for the first time
Scores of people are expected to converge on revamped Weston Hall in Stafford this weekend as the new owner throws open the doors to the public for the first time in eight months.

The 16th century hotel, which has been transformed, is due to reopen on November 15.
Wedding inquiries have been coming in at the rate of around 25 to 30 a week, although bookings are not being taken before January 2013.
Martin Hirst, head of operations, said workmen have not quite finished at the Grade II-listed building but visitors were welcome to look around. The hall will be open on Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 3pm.
