A passenger died after the car he was travelling in collided with a lorry in Staffordshire.

A passenger died after the car he was travelling in collided with a lorry in Staffordshire.
The accident on Walsall Road, near the M6 Toll at Norton Canes yesterday, involved a silver Peugeot Partner people carrier and a blue and white HGV.
A man in his 60s sat in the back of the Peugeot died at the scene of the accident, which happened around 1pm yesterday. The victim has not yet been identified by police.
The driver of the Peugeot, a woman aged in her 60s, and the driver of the HGV, a man aged in his 40s, also suffered minor injuries and was also taken to Walsall Hospital.
The road was closed for a short time after the crash while an examination of the scene was carried out.
Today the A34 between Stafford and Stone was partially blocked after two cars collided with a lorry at around 7am in Yarlet at the Redhill Island.
Nobody was seriously injured in the accident.
