Man breaks leg on roof of Wolverhampton house

A man had to be rescued from the roof of a house in Wolverhampton after breaking his leg.

Firefighters were called to Pentland Gardens in Compton where they found the man stuck on the roof at 4.30pm yesterday.

He was rescued and taken by ambulance to New Cross Hospital.
