One driver suffered minor injuries when their BMW crashed with a double-decker bus along a Wolverhampton road today.

Emergency services were called to the junction of Ryefield and Barnhurst Lane, Pendeford, at around 8am after the smash, which involved a black BMW and a National Express bus.

West Midlands Police spokesman Lee Page said one person had been tended to by paramedics but had not suffered any serious injuries.
