Three men have appeared in court charged with the murder of a father of three found dead in his Black Country flat.

Three men have appeared in court charged with the murder of a father of three found dead in his Black Country flat.

Balbir Singh's body was found at the flat in Baldwin Close, Tividale, on Monday.

A forensic post mortem has concluded that he died from multiple injuries caused by being struck with blunt force.

Three men charged with the 54 year old's murder appeared at Sandwell Magistrates Court, in Oldbury, today.

Paramjit Singh Johal, of Baldwin Close in Tividale, aged 50, spoke through an interpreter as did 46-year-old Paramjit Singh, of Wallace Park Road, Gravesend, Kent.

They are jointly charged with murder along with 31-year-old Inderjt Singh Dhesi, of Brades Road in Oldbury.

The trio spoke only to confirm their details and were remanded into custody to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Monday.
