Stars of hit musical Stomp delivered a dance masterclass to mark the arrival of the show at Birmingham Hippodrome.
Cast members held a workshop at the theatre yesterday, showcasing the art of creating music and rhythm from everyday objects. Stomp started its run at the theatre on Tuesday and is showing until Saturday.
Eight performers use everything from lighters and plastic bags to bin lids and kitchen sinks to hammer out rhythms.
Hippodrome spokesman Ben Wooldridge said: "With brand new routines, new choreography and new music Stomp is now fresher, faster and funnier than ever.
"From a single drum hanging around Luke Cresswell's neck back in 1991, Stomp has taken on a life of its own."
Tickets range from £14.50 to £30. Call 0844 338 5000 or see www.birminghamhippodrome.com for details.
