Celebrity chef Levi Roots, who made his name on Dragons' Den with his Reggae Reggae Sauce, visited a Great Barr pub to showcase his culinary skills.
The chef, who promotes Caribbean-style food, visited The Towers Sizzling Public House on Walsall Road, to demonstrate to staff and customers how to put together his recipes which appear on the pub's menu.
He also met Kingstanding mum Tracy Grant who won a competition on the pub's Facebook group to cook with Levi.
The entrepreneur, aged 53, from Brixton, who made it big on the BBC show five years ago, said: "I enjoy guiding and advising people because it was this advice more than the money which helped me when I first started.
"Of course I went on Dragons Den for the money, but it was the guidance I received that really helped me. I want to give others support, and show them, no matter where you come from, it can be done."
